I’m sure there were thousands of other deaths that occurred in the two weeks following vaccination that were not reported to the TGA as the doctors did not see or think of a possible link. Heart attacks, strokes and pulmonary embolisms or sudden deaths that went under the radar. There needs to be an order (not just a guideline) for all doctors to report any death to the TGA that occurs in that 2 week window following a vaccination. Currently there is neither

Who for example sent the instruction to not “burn out” the Vaccine Safety Investigation Group? It cannot have come from nowhere. It was wrong and someone should be named and held to account.

I now (angrily) turn off the radio as soon as the program starts. TGA is fully aware of the under-reporting factor. It does nothing about it.
UKHSA have declined to provide date of death and date of vaxx data under FoI request. Can't think why they would do that!
