I did think about that saga as I was writing this piece....They basically accused me of mass murder.....hmmmm....if I had the money, I probably would have considered suing years ago.

The doctors are telling the truth - brave, brave, brave.

Well done. Vindicated.

Cholesterol has been made a scapegoat for years.

Cholesterol is not "the cause" of heart attacks or atherosclerosis.

Statins are useless, and nothing more than a meticulously crafted money-making machine for BigPharma.

The list of side effects are endless with the top two being: cognitive decline (that mimics dementia) and muscle weakness.

DAMN FINE ! - and goodonyer for publishing it, Maryann ! I'm a devotee of Malcolm's, and have been since reading "The Great Cholesterol Con" some years ago.

Now if only I could track down just one GP in Melbourne who is similarly 'bent' ... :)
