Julian, I hope our respective countries will follow the lead. Unfortunately the “cabal” are working overtime to discredit Kennedy and have the well indoctrinated population backing them. I am overjoyed with this change but find it impossible to express my views to others who have bought into the propaganda.
I hope this is a new world as far as vaccines. Many of the present ones cause more problems than the disease.
The practitioner who injected Dr. Pebsworth's son is guilty of malpractice. There is no way that many vaccines at one time were ever tested in any way.
Sounds great so far! 😁 Let’s hope the new panel members are prepared for the scale of the inevitable pushback. The pharmaceutical companies are not going to give up an approval process and lucrative income stream without a big fight. They’ll be using those good old tobacco industry tactics…
Thank you Maryanne. I have no awareness of most of these people. For me, I’ve always had maybe a mistrust of Malone. His verbose postings did little to help me understand who he really is. I watched Martin Kulldorff being interviewed by Bhattacharya and had an immediate trust of the man. No pretence, down to earth, and an accomplished man.
The flak is almost insurmountable, and am sure it will be relentless. It’s difficult to carry on conversations with people about kennedy’s ‘right the ship” endeavour. I guess on tv there’s lots of clips showing him espousing antivax sentiment. I pray to the universe that he will be successful especially for the wee one’s sake.
Yes, I imagine when you're in front of the camera as often as RFK, it's inevitable that a few remarks might veer slightly off course—giving detractors an easy opening. Kulldorff is very measured in his speech, but he's also far less exposed to cameras and media scrutiny.
I just saw an amusing news item on Australian ABC news: ‘US Health Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr replaces vaccine advisory panel members with known vaccine critics’
I particularly liked the following bit: ‘It remains unclear how new members of the panel have been vetted for conflicts of interest, or when the vetting process began.’
Naturally, there could never have been any conflicts of interest in the previous panel.. 😂
BIG PHARMA NEEDS TO GET USED TO NOT DICTATING TO REGULATORS AND CORRUPTING STUDIES
RFK is a breath of fresh air
We now need standardised regulator trials and studies at arms length from big pharma.
My example isn’t about vaccine because they haven’t ever done gold standard trials/studies with rigorous statistical tests for vaccines but thus example is about the other policy area - covid antiviral treatment / preventatives.
I’m incredulous that Pfizer conducted its own EPIC trials for Paxlovid- got EUA after EPIC-HR unvaxed 89%, abandoned enrolment on EPIC-SR 2022 51%, CDC Commissioner advertised, TV spot advertised pre US advert rules, after that on big data RWE (supposed real world evidence where minimal data criteria selected still had low efficacy and fail v placebo with vaxed) FDA gave full authorisation May 2023, April 2024 EPIC-SR FINAL study released, Pfizer media -
“Nirmatrelvir/ritonavir (Paxlovid) failed to shorten COVID-19 symptom duration among people at standard risk for severe COVID-19 and among vaccinated people with at least one risk factor for severe disease, according to final results of the phase II/III EPIC-SR trial.
In vaccinated and unvaccinated patients with COVID-19 at standard risk for severe disease and in fully vaccinated people with at least one risk factor who took nirmatrelvir/ritonavir, the median time to alleviation of COVID-19 symptoms was 12 days, compared with 13 days in patients who took a placebo (P=0.60), reported Jennifer Hammond, PhD, development head of antivirals at Pfizer in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, and colleagues in the New England Journal of Medicine.”
More confirmation of failure in first large study of 3000 plus Canadians reported Feb 2025
FDA has Paxlovid full approval 2023
TGA had Paxlovid full approval Aug 2024 after Pfizer EPIC-SR fail…
But TGA after 4 years still refusing med device class 1 on safe antiviral nasal spray SPL7013 VIRALEZE™ which actually had independent REGULATOR UK MHRA study statistical efficacy in over 45yrs not a company study.

thank you Dr Demasi,
.. this one line has made my day:
"the newly appointed ACIP will not only examine vaccines moving forward, but also re-examine the existing schedule, a revolutionary move in itself"
that just there - "also re-examine the existing schedule"
this is a new day for what appears to be, indeed .. a new era
Bonne chance ! .. to this stellar new ACIP

This is FABULOUS news!
Thanks Maryanne from the country down under. Whoohoo! Dr. Malone!

I suspect that they are used to it.
Great result!
BTW, vaccines are low profit products for big pharma. Not as profitable as a daily pill.
Also, forget my suggestion of making applicant studies available for public review. That is never going to happen.
The existing structures such as the ACIP should be able to do the job given enough direction, intergity, resources and independance.

Reassuring. Many thanks

Yeah, the press obviously does little research before making a definitive statement. Vetted for conflict of interest? Wow.
Wonderful. I hoped Dr McCullough would be part of this. Good to see Malone there and Kulldorf.

But TGA refuses to accept the UK REGULATORS STUDY delivered to them in March 2024
How can we rely on gold standard studies if big pharma are on every committee.
Its like TGA outsourced decisions to MEDICINES AUSTRALIA
