Yes, the PREP protection may be temporary and narrow in scope for now, but I suppose it does make it easier to extend and broaden liability protections to vaccines that are currently in development. We’ll see what happens over the next couple of months. 🤷🏻♀️
Something I’m confused about. Bhattacharya is now the director of the FDA, isn’t he? Doesn’t he have the power to allow real data to get published, or black box warnings? These shots have caused so much damage, and that’s not counting the people who are damaged or died who haven’t connected the dots. Bhattacharya is head of the NIH not the FDA and has nothing to do with regulatory affairs. The reason that Bhattacharya is still there is precisely because the NIH deals purely with research funding and not regulation (FDA) or recommendations and mandates (the CDC).

What struick me, though, was this series of events illustrates exactly why Makary, while well meaning, was simply not up to the task of either running or turning the FDA around. At the first leak, Makary should have called in the FBI and DOJ and had a townhall meeting of all the staff and let them know in no uncertain terms that anybody caught leaking would be fired immediately for cause and prosecuted.
The truth is that everybody with any common sense should now know (unless they are in complete denial or simply fooling themselves because of their political bent) that the Covid mRNA vaccines carry far more risk than benefits. The risk of myocarditis is undeniable. Myocarditis need not be fatal immediately, but long term will invariably be bad news (i.e. any damage to the heart muscle as a child will have an impact when that child reaches their 60s or 70s). Similarly, DNA contamination is a major issue that cannot be denied. Worse still is that the pharmacokinetics and pharmaco-distribution of the mRNA vaccine s cannot be predicted in any individual but when mRNA and spike protein has been found in every porgan system in the body that is simply bad news. The tragedy of denying this and the pharmaceutical companies trying to push this under the rug is that it prevents devlopment of a potentially very powerful technology into something that's truly safe and does what it's supposed to do.
